MR. GUILLAUME JEAN DRY, SENIOR ADVISOR TO THE INVESTMENT ADVISOR

• Mr. Dry has over 21 years of international experience in investment banking and investment management.

• Mr. Dry is the Chairman of Sinobridge Enterprises Limited, a Hong Kong based corporate consultancy company he founded in late 2003 offering corporate advisory services to multi national and Chinese companies, amongst others, Bank of China International, New Hope Group, Veolia Environment and C.T. Group Vietnam on their China and Asia strategy and development.

• Prior to founding Sinobridge Enterprises Limited, Mr. Dry was managing the BNP Paribas Peregrine investment banking platform, which he joined in 1998 for BNP acquisition of Peregrine Greater China Investment Banking platform. Under his management, the platform was successfully merged with BNP's investment banking arm and became a leading Asia Investment Bank focusing on mid cap companies. He was the Global Head of Equity Derivatives Sales of BNP prior to his arrival in Hong Kong.

• Mr. Dry was a Managing Partner of a private equity firm in Hong Kong with a focus on high growth companies in China from June 2008 to September 2009.

• Mr. Dry has a Master degree in International Law from Paris University.
