GILBERT WONG, MANAGING PARTNER

• 29 years of experience in fund management, securities broking and Corporate Finance involving securities origination, underwriting & placing of equities and equity-linked products, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and re-organisations and other general corporate advisory activities. Mr. Wong has extensive experience in the Greater China Region markets.

• Before the founding of Bull Capital Partners Limited, Mr. Wong was the Head of Investment Banking – Asia of BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited.

• Through his 15 years of career with Peregrine/BNP Paribas Group. Mr. Wong was leading the IPO and secondary market offerings of USD23 billion in HK/China companies, a lot of those were landmark transactions.

• Under his management, BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited has been named by various financial journals/periodicals as the best Mid-Cap* Equity House of Asia from 2003 to 2006.

• For each of the five years ended 2006, five deals sponsored by BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited had won the Asian Mid Cap Equity Deal of the Year.

• In his last 4 years with BNP Paribas, Mr. Wong had help raised US$6 billion for Greater China Companies. IPOs sponsored by BNP Paribas since 2002 had locked up over US$243 billion in the Hong Kong public offering.

• Mr. Wong is an independent non-executive director of West China Cement Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and a non-executive director of Sun.King Power Electronics Group Limited, a company listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Mr. Wong received a Bachelor Degree of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong in 1982.

* Mid Cap deals is defined as companies with market capitalisation of between US$500 million and US$2 billion.
