ROY XU-FU LI, PhD in ECONOMICS, PARTNER

• 19 years experiences in securities industry, specialising in M&A and equity market transactions for China companies.

• Before joining the Investment Manager, Mr. Li was the Director of Corporate & Investment Banking of the Shanghai representative office of BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Ltd.

• Mr. Li joined Guotai Junan Securities Company Limited in 1994 as the Senior Manager of the Investment Banking Department. From 1997, he participated in the set-up of the Investment Banking Department of the China Southern Securities Company Limited in Shanghai and was later promoted to the position of General Manager of the Investment Banking Department in 2000.

• In 2004, Mr. Li joined Changjiang BNP Paribas Peregrine Securities Limited, a BNP Paribas joint venture with Changjiang Securities in Shanghai, as the General Manager of Corporate Finance Department. In 2006, Mr. Li joined BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited, and specialised in helping Chinese Companies on their IPO process with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

• During these 13 years, Mr. Li has led or executed more than 70 projects for listed companies in finance, property, transportation, infrastructure, energy, consumer products and retail industries.

• Mr. Li is an independent non-executive director of Gemdale Holdings Co., Ltd., one of the largest property company listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange.

• Mr. Li holds a PhD degree in Economics from Fudan University.
