WEBER WEN-BO LI, CFA, DIRECTOR

• 13 years of experience in securities & finance industry, specializing in M&A and IPO of Chinese enterprises, financial advisor for infrastructure projects, investment research, and direct investment.

• Mr. Li joined the Investment Manger in April 2008. Before that, he was Associate Head of Investment Banking Dept., Shanghai International Group Assets Management Co., Ltd.

• Mr. Li worked for the Shanghai branch of Bank of China in 2000, as a L/C examiner dealing with international settlement business.

• He joined China Southern Securities Company Limited in October 2000, as a senior project manager of Investment Banking Department, specializing in helping Chinese enterprises with their restructuring, IPO and additional offering process in the domestic A-shares market.

• He joined Shanghai International Group Assets Management Corporation Limited in 2004, as the Associate Head of Investment Banking Department, specializing in providing financial advisory service for many infrastructure projects in Yangtze River Delta Area, covering expressway, metro, water supply and sewerage treatment, waste disposal, industrial zone development, and logistics sectors. He also led the research and investment in the A-share listing companies and pre-IPO companies, covering materials (ferrous and nonferrous metals, petrochemicals, and cements), infrastructure (airports, seaports, and expressway), equipment manufacturing, financial institutions, and consuming goods sectors.

• He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder since 2005. Mr. Li holds a Master of Management degree, a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automatic Control, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in International Trade from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
