GLORIA DAN-YI NI, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

• 8 years of experience in financial advisory and auditing industry, specializing in the provision of transaction services for investments and acquisitions in China market and auditing of Chinese and multinational enterprises.

• Before joining the Investment Manager, Ms. Ni was a Manager of Financial Advisory Services Department at KPMG Shanghai Office.

• Ms. Ni joined Audit Department of KPMG Shanghai Office in 2002, specializing in the initial public offerings audits for large-size state-owned telecommunication companies and banks, medium-size local private companies, as well as the statutory audits for well-known multinational enterprises. She transferred to Financial Advisory Services Department in 2006, specializing in provision of financial due diligence assistance and transaction advice for investments and acquisitions in China in a wide range of industries, including industrial markets, consumer products, environmental protection, telecommunications, real estate, media, etc.

• Ms. Ni holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Fudan University.
